I am a mental and business coach, CEO of couple companies, author of several books. I have gained successes in entrepreneurship, which allowed me to achieve a financial freedom status. I can focus on things that bring joy and satisfaction on a daily basis – supporting people in them achieving successes.

Sometimes I tell people about things that they do not want to hear or what they are afraid of. Often, I lead them out form the comfort zone and provoke to hard working. It happens that I swear violently, scream or make people laugh until they cry. Yes, that is who I am. In most cases it still works…
ENTREPRENEUR
One of my biggest success is that I have achieved was the one in STAGEMAN company. I have started this company in the 2009, in which I have been the only person which was employed at first. Now, the company function in 8 countries and it is a leader of its branch. The company employs large number of people. Its value have been estimated at few million Polish zlotys.
PRIVATELY
I like the system in which I almost do not work (or work maximum 1-2 days per month) and periods when I work on some interesting projects for which I am entirely devoted to. Because of that, I have a lot of time to learn about cultures which are unknown for me, to play golf or volleyball, read and care about my most precious relations.
HOW I HAVE ACHIEVED A SUCCESS?
I started with nothing – today, I can say that I have accomplished master level in professional and personal life. I do what I love – I help people to find their will to act and to work on themselves. I had my ups and downs full of a challenging work to reach this level.
I used to be a sportsman – as a volleyball player, I have obtained a title: Master of Poland in 1999. Later on, I have entered to a scientific phase – I have obtained a Master Degree of Physical Education and Pedagogy. Additionally, I have also studied Philosophy. At the same time I took part in many courses, trainings. I have gained knowledge about mental training, psychology and strategic management.
Until now, I have written over a dozen books – some of them are bestsellers! My books can already be bought in 17 countries, and I … I still work on the next publications and scientific as well as the journalistic texts. I have deepened my knowledge by obtaining it form scientific researches and meetings with experts form a world of science, business and psychology.
Jakub on stage? Where else he could go if not there? I know what I am saying. Business-like, trustworthy and efficient because he achieves things that some only talk about. Jakub gracefully breaks the rule that silence is golden.

And then a business stage have come. Including starting few other companies, their development from the beginning, acquiring management knowledge and also learning more about entrepreneurship. Thanks to some wise rules and hyper productivity, I have achieved a resounding success also in this category. Today, companies that I have created, prosper well and because of that I can be happy about my life, making my dreams come true, being involved in helping others and … spend half a year on holidays.
How is it possible that I have reached this level? I have started to use chances, which were introduced to me by life. Now, I show others how they can achieve the same fulfilment as I did.

My biggest proud are successes of our Clients. I have cooperated with i.e. UEFA, Walt Disney, PZPN, PZPS, Play, Coca-Cola, PZU, Greenpeace, Warner Bros and others (there are many more of them).Still, I am proud to have worked with a young manager, who has created in her company a new sales channels in one week after some meetings with me, as well as working with a coach of the Polish National Volleyball Team (Stéphane Antiga) in 2014.
